DESCRIPTION: This gorgeous ring has been crafted in solid 9ct Rose gold. A vintage Australian piece circa 1935 to 1940 with a very quirky hallmark "Real stones", this hallmark was known to be used by Melbourne Jeweller Macro & Sons who later opened many branches. The ring is a gorgeous vintage belcher Gypsy style ring made in fabulous warm old rose gold. The face of the ring is a nice size with wonderful wide shoulders giving it a notable presence on the hand. Set in an eight-claw belcher setting is one delicious old round cut Natural Amethyst that is a divine shade of lavender.

This is an absolutely gorgeous ring that is gorgeous on the hand. Belcher Gypsy rings are so popular right now and it's becoming increasingly hard to find nice ones in such beautiful condition. This is a gorgeous example of an early Australian one with a stunning coloured lavender Amethyst.💜💜
