DESCRIPTION: This is an outstanding thimble made by Simons Bros. of Philadelphia. The thimble is circa 1920's and it looks to have been never used. In immaculate condition making it a fabulous collection piece, crafted in sterling silver with a lower boarder in 14ct yellow gold and featuring a beautiful floral scroll pattern with a blank cartouche. This thimble features in Gay Ann Roger's book "American Silver Thimbles".
