DESCRIPTION: A very nice Antique thimble in excellent condition. A North American piece made by Waite Thresher co circa 1890's. The thimble is in superb condition with no holes to the waffle and a clean crisp pattern. The base anchor pattern is crisp and clear against a finely reeded background with a blank cartouche. This thimble features in Gay Ann Roger's book "American Silver Thimbles".
