The shoulder's have the most beautiful "leaf" type motifs with a millgrain edge, crafted in Palladium with each shoulder set with five round single cut Diamonds (10 in total). There is a central six claw crown setting setting that houses a beautiful round cut Natural Sapphire that is a gorgeous vivid blue in colour.
