The ring is domed and features one oval cushion cut Natural Sapphire that is deep blue in colour set in a raised bezel setting, flanked each side by a raised scroll style heart with one round brilliant cut Diamond bezel in the center of each heart, the outer edges are raised in smooth white gold.
