A superb original Edwardian ringh that is in incredible condition, English made and displaying full beautifully crisp Chester hallmarks, assay dated 1914 . The Chester Assay office closed down in August of 1962 making anything baring the Chester hallmark highly desirable and very collectable. The ring is a gorgeous buttery & lush 18ct yellow gold with a nice solid shank, fashioned in a traditional bridge style with gorgeous work to the mount. Across the front is three beautiful oval cut Natural Garnets that alternate with two stunning early brilliant cut Diamonds. A beautifully made ring that is a testament to the craftsmanship of the era.
