There is a central bezel set magnificent 0.65ct Marquise cut Diamond that is a beautiful colour and clarity, surrounded by 46 round brilliant cut Diamonds set in a swirl type design. To the outer edge there is 30 round cut Natural Sapphires in a deep blue colour with all edges to the top setting finished with a delicate millegrain finish. The attention to detail and workmanship in this ring is just incredible and truly something to behold.
