DESCRIPTION: This gorgeous and unusual pendant has been crafted in solid 9ct yellow gold. This is a conversion piece that was originally a brooch that was made by leading Melbourne Jewellery Manufacturers G & E Rodd under their registered trademark "Apex". From the 1920's to the late 1940's, Rodd used their trademark "Apex" on jewellery and silverware to show the quality and attention to detail of their products. This piece is circa 1930's and has had a very nice size bail added to accommodate a variety of chains and looks amazing on a long or short chain. This is very solid and a nice sized piece measuring 41.10mm in length by 14.60mm wide. Fashioned in a "key" with a beautiful hand engraved foliate design to the top portion of the key.

I absolutely love this pendant and it looks fab layered with gold chains. It really would suit any age group. 🗝🔑
