DESCRIPTION: This GORGEOUS necklace is crafted in solid 9ct soft rose gold ( yellow to the back). This piece is a conversion piece that started life as a brooch and has been converted to a more wearable piece of jewellery in today's times.

The brooch was made in England and bares Chester hallmarks, assay dated 1886. The Chester Assay office closed down in August of 1962 making anything baring the Chester hallmark highly desirable and very collectable. The piece has a central plate with a beautiful Horseshoe and hand etched detail, there is a 9ct rose gold very solid cable chain attached either side with a ring clasp that is very secure.

A gorgeous conversion piece indeed. Stunning sized piece to wear solo and amazing layered with chains for a very current on trend look. This treasure is a true delight.🌹🐎
