The bracelet is made up of a lovely oval polished gold belcher links that are SOLID in construction (not hollow) so it will not dent and is perfect to wear next to a bangle or for everyday day wear. The bracelet fastens with a really nice polished gold heart shaped padlock that is nice and solid. The lock snaps closed beautifully and tight with the added security of a safety chain.
