Each earring has a wonderfully solid quality mount that is set with one superb oval cut Natural Sapphire in a four-claw setting, to the top of the Sapphire is a round white gold setting housing one round brilliant cut Diamond.  The earrings have a nice length to the posts and very strong posts, the earrings fasten with 9ct yellow gold nice quality butterfly backings (not original to the earrings but they are nice quality secure backs). These are beautiful Sapphires!!
