DESCRIPTION: This is an exceptionally beautiful Victorian Double Albert chain. Crafted in solid sterling silver this is a lovely thick curb link chain with every link stamped with the lion passant. Made in England and assay dated 1903 with matching very strong Albert dog clips. The T-bar is assay dated 1905 and the stunning fob medal later again dated 1931. The fob medal is beautifully decorated and boasted a beautiful rose gold gilded dome shield to the center, on the reverse side it reads "Kent co-op music festival 1932 tenor 2nd prize".
This is such a fine example of a timeless Double albert chain. A beautiful quality piece that is so solid and in exceptional condition. A must for an antique jewellery collector. ⚜️⚜️

FOB MEDAL HALLMARK: CWSLd (makers), Anchor ⚓️ (Birmingham), lion passant, G (assay dated 1931).
