DESCRIPTION: This is a vintage ring we believe to circa 1960's and it has been beautifully crafted in solid 14ct yellow gold. Quite a substantial ring with a very solid weight of 5.60 grams the shank is made up of three solid round gold wires widening at the shoulders. Central is a large oval shaped four claw setting housing the most beautiful large oval natural Almandine Garnet that is 6.85ct in weight and surrounded by three rows of twisted gold in a beautiful "rope" type design. This is a stunning Garnet and the claret colour looks impressively regal against the rich 14ct yellow gold.
