The ring has a lovely solid yellow gold shank there is a white gold wire basket style cluster setting with white gold Diamond and white gold shoulders. Central to the setting is one oval cut Dark blue Natural Sapphire that has six round single cut Diamonds surrounding each set in a petal style shape setting.
