DESCRIPTION: This is an absolutely wonderful vintage ring that has been beautifully crafted in solid 18ct yellow gold. The ring was made by leading Melbourne jewellery manufacturers G & E Rodd. From the 1920's to the late 1940's, Rodd used their trade mark "Apex" on jewellery and silverware to show the quality and attention to detail of their products. In 1948 the mark was replaced with "Rodd". This gorgeous ring is hallmarked "Rodd" and is circa 1950's. The ring is in immaculate condition and is wonderfully solid. Fashioned in a band style ring that has a delightful and very beautiful embossed pattern of flowers and a diamond shape alternating the full circumference of the ring and finished with a delicate millgrain pattern to the edges. The ring is a very nice width of 3.00mm giving it a lovely presence on the hand.

This is an exceptional piece in perfect condition for the lover of Australian vintage jewellery. A great piece for a collection and would make an ideal wedding ring for the vintage jewellery lover.⚜️⚜️
