DESCRIPTION: This stunning ring has been crafted in solid 9ct yellow gold. A truly stunning vintage ring circa 1970's, handmade and incredibly solid weighing a whopping 8.70 grams. With a very solid shank the shoulders gently widen at the top and rise up, each shoulder has a white gold top plate that is bead set with two beautiful round cut Diamonds and finished with a millgrain edge. There is a central oval six claw basket style wire setting housing an incredible, large oval cut solid Natural Australian Coober Pedy Opal. The Opal is gorgeous and displays flashes of red, green and yellow throughout. Note this is a very hard Opal to photograph as the colour flash in the Opal change on movement. Photos do not do the beauty justice.
