DESCRIPTION: This beautiful locket has been crafted in Sterling silver. A vintage piece made in England with Birmingham hallmark and is assay dated 1976. The locket is quite large in size 35.50mm x 35.00mm. Round in shape the locket has exquisite detail to the front with a diamond cut foliate design. The verso is plain silver. The locket is forward opening and has one original chapter frame and perspex. The locket has some patina on the inside of the locket and we have left original as this is generally created from the warmth of chest/heart and is part of the lockets story and life. The locket snaps closed nicely and remains closed securely. The locket comes hung on a very sturdy new Sterling Silver chain that is a long 60 cm chain.
