DESCRIPTION: Thai Princess or No Pa Kao rings are a long standing part of the South East Asian tradition and were made popular in the western culture by GIs early and mid-last century bringing these rings home for their loved ones, hence the name "Sweetheart" ring. Each ring has its own love story.

This WONDERFUL ring is crafted in solid 14ct gold and is an incredibly solid and well made ring that is nice and heavy. It is a HANDMADE Vintage piece circa 1940s -1950s. The ring has incredible gold detailing throughout the setting and shoulders showing a beautiful craftsmanship.  The ring is set with gorgeous natural Rubies and star Sapphires with the stones all bezel set.

This is a truly WONDERFUL piece of jewellery showing beautiful craftsmanship and a unique style. A fabulous dress ring.

Set with 1 x central round cut Natural Ruby 0.10ct in weight (2.9mm) pinkish red in colour, 18 x round cut Natural Rubies with a total combined weight of 0.30ct (2.0 - 1.3mm) pinkish red in colour. 8 x Oval cut Natural Star Sapphires with a total combined weight of 1.00ct (4.8 x 3.6mm) and black in colour.

These Thai princess rings are a personal favourite of mine and have become quite collectable. They come in many different combinations of gems and are just a joy to look at and own.
